The Ad Pool
You probably liked the color schemes of the ads shown on this set of webpages. There are all sorts of colors to create an exciting display. This is a very exciting ad pool!

This ad pool did not come by accident. I have carefully created the ads to contrast with each other:
- There are plain colors to contrast with the brighter colors.
- There are white backgrounds to contrast with black backgrounds.
- There are more artistic ads to contrast with plain ads.
- There is one red ad that almost forces your eye to the ad column when it appears. Did you read its provocative text?
With so many and well planned colors, the ever changing ad column stays fresh in the visitors' minds.
You really need to understand that I, the publisher, made this ad show to get this great effect. I decided what kind of ads would be shown, and I decided on their frequency. Have my decisions gained your attention?
P.S. When you let the usual internet DVOA brokers pick your ads, you cannot get this effect. And the brokers, with all their fancy algorithms to select ads, cannot create an exciting ad show for your visitors. The brokers are prone to showing the same ad—at a much higher frequency than 3/25. There can only be two possible results with this frequency strategy: either the visitor is finally convinced to click the ad or the ad space becomes ignored at both the conscious and subconscious levels of the visitor's mind.
