Operational Stage

Eventually Consensus will be ready for the public to create their profile, find supporters, support other members, and conduct all sorts of interactions. Here are duties of the PM at this time:

• Continue monitoring for bugs and have the software program team address them.
• Reduce the emphasis on financing through preferred shares.
• Convince profiles to upgrade to dividend-earning profiles to generate some short-term cash-flow.
• Sell some advertising as the means for long-term financial solvency. *Did I just say “advertising”? I know one reason you are here is because you don't want advertising in your SNS. Please stay with me for a while longer.*
• Educate members about the low ring elections. Conduct the first low ring election.
• Educate low ring members about the high ring election. Conduct the first high ring election after low ring is working fairly effectively.
• Observe the interactions of the low and high rings.
• Appoint advisers to help the low and high rings.
• Make a list of new programming features that could be put into Consensus.
